OUR STORY
Kunga Guest House is more than just a Guest House- it's a home away from home. It is widely known for its homey atmosphere and its renowned restaurant, Nick's Italian Kitchen. This business was begun in the year 1996 by a small Tibetan family residing in Mcleod Ganj. The owner is the retired personal bodyguard of His Holiness The Dalai Lama. It was his vision to setup a home-like guest house and to serve healthy vegetarian food in Nick's Italian Kitchen.
From the beginning, the Restaurant and Guesthouse have been Managed by the owner's Son, Tenzin Donyo (Nick) and his Wife, Dechen Dolkar, who wait to Welcome You.
